Here is the brief report on Manufacturing World Tokyo 2024: IMADA participated in the Measure/Test/Sensor Expo, held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 19 to 22, 2024.
Manufacturing World is one of Asia’s Leading Manufacturing Trade Shows. IMADA exhibited our latest Measuring and Testing Instruments and sensors and introduced Force Measurement Solutions at the East Hall, along with other manufacturers of Mechanical Components, Facilities, and Production Technologies.
It was the first Japanese industry exhibition we participated in four years. We introduced some of the new products along with our standard measuring instruments in a renewed display in Blue with Yellow as accents.
At the exhibition, 13 staff members, including experienced technical staff who helped answer questions and handled consultations while introducing new products, supported the exhibition. Over three days, there were more than 1,000 visitors, and we have also received several requests for further consultation and support. We are often reminded that the face-to-face meeting opportunities at the specialized exhibitions help us gain a deeper understanding of the market trends, the visitor’s interests, and the current force measurement demands.
Hearing encouraging and rewarding comments from users helps us stay motivated. We will continue to provide appropriate post-purchase support and assistance, such as calibration and daily inspection hints, to our product users.
